Jennifer Munoz

Jennifer has twice been a judge of the National Tourism Awards and was a judge for the Queensland Tourism Awards 2009. She is also the recipient of an award for contributions to Australian tourism through media.

 

Her senior government roles in three states included Director Corporate Services for the Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority, in which she led marketing and communication for such iconic areas as The Rocks, Circular Quay, Darling Harbour and Pyrmont. She also played a key role in media management for the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games.

 

More recently, Jennifer was Principal Adviser Marketing & Communication for Redland City Council. She was a judge of the 2008 Redlands on Moreton Bay Tourism Awards.

 

Her own awards include two Logies and many accolades for six books she has written on Tasmanian tourism, heritage and horticulture, as well as television scripts featuring national tourism offerings.
