Mirerva, operating as Cloud Castle, is regarded highly for her game changing partnerships and collaborations, having worked with both private industry and government organisations. Her energy and enthusiasm have a focus on public engagement through environmental, cultural and art pathways and her specialised channels for engagement include events, activations, storytelling and facilitation.
Most recently Mirerva specialised in city and social activation to increase visitation to cities and regions, with an emphasis on business and major events, heritage, green infrastructure and human centred design.

Mirerva has just finished a tenure with the respected advisory house EarthCheck, as their Principal Consultant and Head of Innovation & Partnerships. She was the National Event Manager for Engineers Australia, Event Advisor to the Premier for Sustainability Victoria, worked for the City of Melbourne within Customer Relations as well as Melbourne Water, where she was the Corporate Partnerships Manager. She has spent 15 years in the MICE Sector, with special emphasis on Conferences, Awards and Committees.

In 2016 & 17, Mirerva was a judge for the United Nations World Environment Day Awards and a member of the 2017 Ecocity World Summit International Advisory Committee, who brought Al Gore to Australia to deliver his seminal keynote. She is the founder of Home Melbourne and is the Vice President of the Yarra Pools. In 2019 she will participate in the Al Gore Climate Reality Leadership Corps, sit as a judge for the Queensland Tourism Awards and spend a bit of time getting to know New York.
